 Frazier awarded 380,000 SF tilt-up project in North Las Vegas

The groundbreaking ceremony was held and construction is officially on the way for a massive new distribution facility, LogistiCenter Cheyenne in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Frazier is proud to partner with United Construction Company to provide structural concrete and tilt-up wall construction for the 380,000 SF warehouse expected to be complete by October 2015.



 Frazier forges ahead on state-of-the-art distribution facility in Reno, NV

Frazier is proud to partner with Alston Construction to provide Structural Concrete and Concrete Paving services including foundations, slab-on-grade, tilt-up wall panels, site work and concrete paving for the new Petco Distribution Center in Reno, NV. Frazier crews braved snow, fog, 75-mph-winds and freezing temperatures to place 760,000 SF slab-on-grade in just 9 placements, with the largest being 85,000 SF in a single pour. Frazier safely erected the 181 panel tilt-up building in 5 days, with the tallest panel being 52’ and the heaviest 160,000 lbs. The demanding schedule called for 14 weeks from breaking ground on foundations to completing panel erection. The project is now in the site work phase.  Frazier celebrates 41st Anniversary

As a full service concrete and masonry contractor serving the states of California and Nevada, Frazier has one of the longest track records of delivering challenging, large scale commercial masonry and concrete construction on time and within budget.

While performing the structural masonry scope of a massive 2-million-square-foot rental car center at San Diego International Airport, Frazier fielded apprentices alongside their team of seasoned journeymen to provide learning opportunities through training and promote careers in the masonry industry.  Frazier Concrete completes 464,203 SF tilt-up project for Prologis

Frazier is proud to partner with TWC Construction, Inc. to deliver Las Vegas Corporate Center #19, the largest industrial space development since the recession in North Las Vegas to project owner Prologis, the global leader in industrial logistics real estate. Frazier placed 464,203 SF of slab-on-grade in just 8 placements, with the largest being 72,000 SF in a single pour. Frazier safely erected the 131+ panel building in 40 hours, the tallest panel being 51’, the heaviest 199,000 lbs. View highlights of the slab-on-grade placement and tilt-up wall erection process.



 Frazier project wins Top 3 ICF Builder Award

Fire Station 108 in Las Vegas, NV was selected as a Top 3 winner of the prestigious ICF Builder Award, awarded to the best of the best in the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) industry. Frazier partnered with Core Construction Services on the station’s construction. ICF buildings represent a growing trend in the concrete construction industry. The ICF building envelope helps resists harmful mold, dust and allergens, along with powerful wind, storm and fire damage, provides a superior R-value compared to other envelope technologies, and is made of recycled materials. The awards reception will be held as part of the World of Concrete trade show in February, 2015. View project photos here.



 Frazier completes Downtown Summerlin project

October 9, 2014 the Grand Opening ceremony was held for the new 1.6 million SF Downtown Summerlin project in Las Vegas, NV. Frazier performed both structural concrete and masonry services for general contractor VCC, LLC on the $345 Million project, including building work on anchor stores Dillard's and Macy's, and Regal Cinemas. Frazier placed over 15,000 CY of concrete and installed 240,000 block to complete this project. The new development, located on 106 acres near the Las Vegas beltway and Sahara Avenue, will employ thousands of people and provide a huge economic boost to the local economy.



 Frazier awarded 140,000 SF Sam's Club project in Fullerton, CA

Building on decades of retail facility construction experience, Frazier was recently awarded the structural masonry contract for a new 140,000 SF Sam's Club warehouse project in Fullerton, CA. Partnering with top-ranked design-build contractor Gray, Frazier will be providing Structural CMU walls including stone veneer and precast for the major retailer.



 Frazier forges ahead on UC Davis structural concrete project

10 Aug 2014

Frazier is proud to partner with ProWest Constructors to provide Structural Concrete services for the UC Davis South Valley Animal Health Laboratory project in Tulare, CA. The scope includes slab-on-grade, slab-on-metal decks for the 30,000 SF building with tri-level 30' tall x 2' wide cast-in-place walls around the basement along with site work for residential student housing. After completing the tri-level basement construction and site work, Frazier is forging ahead with the excavation work on first level of main building.
