Frazier Masonry provided structural CMU, brick veneer and mechanically fastened stone veneer services for this high profile, 120,000 square foot project which unifies the UNLV campus design through the use of red and beige sandstone.  Frazier Masonry projects featured in CMU Profiles in Architecture

Two of Frazier Masonry’s recently completed projects are featured in CMU Profiles in Architecture magazine. The October issue highlights CSU Bakersfield’s new 53,000 square-foot, three-story, brick and masonry math and science building. The second Frazier Masonry project featured is the Montclair Police Facility which models sustainable design and a reduced footprint achieved by a unique, stacked and compact plan.  Frazier Masonry receives 2009 Concrete Masonry Design Award

Frazier Masonry receives the prestigious 2009 Concrete Masonry Design Award as the Masonry Contractor for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Recreation and Wellness Center by the Concrete Masonry Association of California and Nevada (CMACN). AECOM Design and Hastings + Chivetta, in strategic partnership, collaborated to design the new recreation center for UNLV. The facility includes a 4-court gymnasium, multi-activity courts, classrooms, a fitness center, multi-purpose meeting rooms, administrative offices, racquetball courts, a jogging track, a bistro, and a natatorium featuring a 24-yard, 6-lane lap pool and separate indoor and outdoor recreation pools.  P-971C Combined Arms-Mout project at MCAGCC completed

The increased population and accelerated growth of cities have made the problems of combat in built-up areas an urgent requirement for the US Army & Marine Corps. That is where MOUT or Military Operations on Urban Terrain comes in. The P-971C Combined Arms-Mout project is designed to simulate a real city that has suffered the effects of war and provides an authentic training ground for troops. This Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) project was built in partnership with Soltek Pacific Construction. The total scope of work includes the Hospital District, Old Town District, East Stadium District and Rubble District and is a great example of the unique & extreme projects that Frazier Masonry is continuously involved in. Frazier Masonry Corporation has been busy working on the high profile BEQ Package 1 Pendleton project in Oceanside, CA since June of this year. The scheduled completion date is November 1st, 2009 with work progressing ahead of schedule. The project is part of the US Navy's drive to "Build the Force" which aims to upgrade and improve the living conditions of our troops. The project includes innovative materials and enhanced architectural features. There are three sites altogether with work currently going on a 500 and a 200 room BEQ facility respectively and an additional 200 room facility is scheduled to start November 1st.  St. Luke's Regional Medical Center - Phase 2 construction starts
