First opened in 1994, Frazier’s Nevada offices have provided a platform for the commercial concrete and masonry contractor to expand its operations to the entire state of Nevada. Frazier is proud to have played a part in the construction of many high-profile Nevada projects such as the state-of-the-art Smith Center for the Performing Arts and Discovery Children’s Museum in Las Vegas, several prominent buildings located at the University of Nevada’s Las Vegas and Reno campuses such as the Moot Court, Student Recreation Center, Student Union Building, and Greenspun College of Urban Affairs building at UNLV, and the UNR Medical Education Learning Lab and the UNR Davidson Math & Science Center, as well as large scale commercial retail projects such as the recently-opened 106 acre Downtown Summerlin development, the expansion of the Henderson Detention Center, and the award-winning Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center in Las Vegas.

Frazier’s structural concrete and structural masonry services were provided on numerous elementary schools, high schools, office buildings, apartment complexes throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson area. Their journeymen helped construct Century and Galaxy movie theaters in both Sparks and Reno, NV, Carson City’s Sheriff Building, while Frazier’s concrete division has provided tilt-up construction and structural concrete services for many challenging commercial projects in record time including the Prologis Las Vegas Corporate Center #19 and the Northwest Satellite Transportation Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as a Fedex Ground facility in Henderson, NV.
