 Frazier forges ahead on Napa Valley hotel expansion project

The Meritage Resort and Spa located in south Napa is currently undergoing a $40 million expansion, adding more than 131,000 square feet, including 165 guest rooms. When completed, the Meritage will be home to 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, the largest amount of such space north of San Francisco and west of Sacramento. Frazier is proud to partner with Midstate Construction on this multi-million dollar project to provide structural CMU, precast, manufactured stone veneer and brick veneer services.
