 Frazier excels at schedule driven projects

The Winco project in Tracy, CA is a great example of the schedule driven projects Frazier excels at. The schedule only allowed 3 weeks time for foundation work, structural concrete & structural CMU walls. This was no small task considering the Winco building has a total area of 100,000 square feet with 30’ high walls. Frazier rose to the occasion and utilized 60 workers to complete the project on time and within the demanding schedule while upholding its commitment to safety and quality.
